New member and new build T-6 S480 turbo
I have been reading build forums for years and now I get to start one. This site has been my go to for Camaro info and I'm glad to be a member.
I just got my 2010 2SS RS about 4 months ago but I live in Alaska so the snow started fall and the build began. Last edited by 907 chad; 05-12-2018 at 07:25 AM. |

Thanks I had parts left over from my last project that I had to bail on 66 Buick skylark. That was a car that was going to be built from the ground up and I didn't have that cind of time. Here is a pic

For this build I'm shooting for about 550 to 600whp until I get the engine built. Once I get the engine built I'll turn up the boost. The turbo is a borg warner s480 t6 96mm turbine with a 1.1 ar housing and a v2 race cover. The headers are stainless works. I also have a treadstone intercooler and two 40mm turbo smart gates.

Cutting out the factory bumper beam was hard to stomach at first, but I will weld a new one in front. Just something about cutting large chunks off of my favorite possession makes my stomach churn. Last edited by 907 chad; 05-12-2018 at 07:35 AM. |

All I've ever heard is people have problems with the drop in a1000 look at a dual pump setup that adds a return line squash, fore and agp have kits
