Thank you sir - I was supper excited last night. A bit calmer now and a bit more rational. I had a friend that was absolutely certain the car would never make sub 14 - so this is a big win for me. Corrected my post with the listed information; deleted the posts that were just silly....

By the way................nice run, however, it would be better if you listed your info. the way it is shown in the opening posts. Just copy and paste that and then edit it for your own info.

Here is a video of my run. The guy next to me thankfully broke after the burnout of would have had my butt handed to me! A V6 vs. and older V8 with nitrous....

It was the first time I heard my Flowmaster AT Axleback from outside the car!
cool. good run.

Going to the Pony Wars in Valdosta, GA tomorrow. We'll see how things go for me in the South! (I'm really disliking having not-so-sticky Nitto NT420's out back on 20" wheels, ugh.

I'm planning on no burnout, tc off (not full off tho), and launching around 2500rpm. Tires will be set to 30psi for the track. Bag of ice on the intake manifold between runs...

Any other suggestions, please let me know!

Over inflate the front tires to 40 lbs +.

Empty trunk.

Run on 3/8 tank of 93 octane.

Leave the engine cover off.

More importantly...........ENJOY.

First time at the track last night, had alot of fun.

Car only has a Roto Fab Intake and SLP Loudmouth II Axle Back.
All Stock tires and it was pretty cold last night maybe 55 degrees.

My first run I ran a 15.1 at 93MPH,
Second run I improved a little bit. I wanted to go again but there was just too many cars out last night.
Track was Cayuga Raceway in Ontario

^^ i saw your car there that night didnt know if you ran or not was trying to see if you would of liked to race!

I finally got my car to run good and i put down a time of 14.42@101 ... i know the car has more in it my 60fts were crap and only got 2 runs in... i usually cut 2.1 60fts it was freezing though, ill try again next time!

Mods: Vararam intake, Vmax TB, Doug Thorley shorty headers, Flowmaster Axleback, BMR Trailing Arms, Hypertech Tune.

Was having a bit of probs with hypertech tune but got it sorted out and now waiting for a little more tweaked tune from them

Victoryred do cars typically run slower up there? Throw that in the DA calculator because I feel like my car with those mods would be deep into 13s as I ran that time stock!

My stock tires are at the tread wear indicator. This was my first time at an official track - having survived my youth in Lawrence County Ohio where nearly all roads were traffic free . My very first run was 14.68, nannies were all on and I launched as if leaving a red light. Next run was this one. I launched it more aggressively with TC off but still from idle (no loading). Two more runs with loading and all nannies off 1200 RPM, nothing but tire spin when I took off so I aborted the runs.
Nice job formare!!!

In the summer time and early fall they do cause the tracks elevation is.crappy so I always run pretty slow , it was really cold and a wet track that night , a dam stock 2011 v6 mustang my buddy owns ran a 14.3 , I know my car has more in it cause my previous rub of 14.8 I was faster from 60 ft to 1/8th then my car picked up in the end completeling the 14.4 the 60 foot is what killed me though if I bring it down it'll be a 13second car for sure need new tires these are shot :P

The DA calc didn't adjust anything cause it was almost perfect DA

yea in the summer the car put down a 14.83 or something... i put it in the DA calc and it came out to a 14.6 or 14.5 but the car definately feels and pulls stronger i just need another chance at the 1/4.

My cars a manual!

I got to the track around 830ish-9 and then waited till 1030 to get a dam pass with all the crap that kept happening.... what did the red SS run?!
