After googling extensively and confirming with rtcat600man this is what I found:

Bolts (x14 needed): Part#11518860
Right Gasket: Part#12608475
Left Gasket: Part #12576262

I found decent pricing on gmpartsdirect.com. My local dealership quoted me $92.50 for all the above was able to find them all for $43.52!
(Quoted in Canadian, Americans may even get it cheaper)
