nope.. hes since been banned from the site, so texting is the only form of communication I have. When he was still active here I was at least able to call him out on things when he was buying/selling so I knew for a fact when he had money |

You mentioned you could text. Have you called him? If you have all of the records and he confirmed it was not his credit card you can discuss it with the police in his town/city. Depending on the facts it may be treated as credit card fraud. If it was across state line there are potentially additional issues for him. Talk to and get the detectives name, but you don't need to file a report just yet......but you can at any time. Call or text him and inform him you have spoken to Det.XXXXX at the XXXXX police department and he has until XXXXX day (give him at least a week or two) to pay in full or you are filing a report. (don't get angry, no physical threats....just state facts in a calm manner.) You owe him nothing as he cheated you out of cash.....state what you are going to do and on what date and stick to that no matter what his excuse is. In my past I use to collect money as one of my many hats. My recover rate was very good and legal action never had to be taken....it is surprise how people find money when they are forced to! Good luck! Post him name address and number you have....Let the community be helpful in providing information regarding him to you.

WOW! I can't believed it. I remember he said he paid you for everything in full. I was wondering were he was getting the money from. He kept on saying he had no money but yet he was always buying something. Every time he wanted to work on his car he would call me to see if I can do it. But never had money to pay. I did it once for free so he thought it would always be for free. He was trying to sell the seats to me.I was always skeptical on dealing with him. I was surprise you did.
Hope you can get your money back.
