You have done a magnificent job on this. Took me a little over a half hour to read it. If the money holds out keep up the addiction. Cause it is a bad habit but a legal one. Check out my build.

Oooooh, me likey the stripe on the side of the hood bulge. Very subtle. It ascents the red without overwhelming it. Well done. Another idea stored.

A tad bit frustrated. The good weather is coming back and my car is sitting in pieces waiting for the interior bezels and door panel inserts to come back from paint. I also just want to get it out! the good ol' 2004 Buick Century winter car just sucks..... bad! I want to hook up my footwell lighting, touch up my stitching, and install my hurst short throw!

Matthew,
Car looks wonderful. Nice personal touches...that is what makes it "yours".
Wheels are just what she needed....

Bet that Vette Gig you went on was just about it...

Decided to put my hurst short throw shifter in last night. I ended up just taking the stock shifter out before I quit for now. Here are some pictures of the destruction. I purchased the Hurst bushing kit because I read so many terrible things about the nylon bushings provided with the shifter.

that's the bushing kit.

you can see the huge difference!

all the stuff was messing with last night

old vs new

opted out of the classic white handle and bought this shift knob from gen5diy

I was sitting in the garage last night and I was working on the Camaro. I noticed that the hub of the rotors was really starting to rust and look horrible behind my chrome rims. Something 99% of people would never care or notice. I decided to tape them off and spray them with black engine enamel! Ended up looking great!

Finally got my headers! It took a long time! Can't wait to get these suckers on. The guy painting my trim pieces called yesterday.... Said he didn't want to do them for fear of messing up. Needless to say I had to find another option. Figured I would just send them to lupe. Way more money then getting them done locally but at least I know they are going to get done. Today it was 75 here in PA. Would've loved to drive camaro, unfortunately I don't have any door panels or airbag module hooked up. It kind of sucks.... I can't wait to get all this stuff put on! Can't get the headers on till the trim is done. Can't get the car tuned till the headers and trim come back.
