The citation was probably written like that because "excessive speed for conditions" won't be established until somebody reads the black box. Even then, it may be difficult to establish whether road conditions (wet or otherwise slippery), vehicle capability limits (SUV and its condition), or insufficient driver skill (with respect to executing extreme maneuvers) was the immediate cause of her leaving her lane. Or something else.

Glad to hear you folks managed to come out of it as well as you did.

Glad that stupid driver of the Cadillac didn't kill anyone else. Can't say as I feel sorry for whatever injury she suffered, herself.

You beat me to it. Is that sign really necessary? I sure hope there aren't people working there that need a sign to tell the pre-test from the post-test cars.

I was considering a 2014 LS Camaro despite not being to keen on the restyle, but surprisingly my family seems fairly intrigued by the 2014 Volt. If I can lease one cheap enough I might bite as my wife would use ZERO gas on her daily work commute. Then I can save up for a C7 Vette!!

There are still a lot of unsold 2013 Volts on the lots, they are discountinging them a lot. I think I saw one advertised for $25K last week, but that probably included the federal tax rebate.
