Jeff - GM Support - A success story

Plans for tomorrow are driving down to the dealership and getting my spoiler and badging put on First, search and read my thread: W.O.S. (waiting on spoiler).

Now, to address how this prob was resolved;
About a week after I emailed Jeff my personal info, he submitted it to the Chevy Customer Support team. It took a couple of weeks before I heard anything, but a rep. did call and inquired my VIN and the name of the dealership where I purchased the car. (during this wait, I heard from the dealer once, and all they could tell me was,,,"my parts guy doesn't know where it is...??). <that may have well indeed been fact,,,dunno>
I received an email on Monday from Chevy Support stating they had been playing phone tag with the dealer. The next thing I know the dealer calls and advises me that "the parts are here, when can you come down?"
Irony or coincedence.... Either, or, I'm happy. Thank you Jeff!

I love happy endings. Glad Jeff was able to help, and it sounds as though your dealer has a case of craniumrectumitis.

If the parts came from Canada could have been delayed in shipping because Canada Post was on strike.

Glad you had a happy ending....

But IMHO not really much of a success story when you compare it the many technical issues that have been snubbed here.
