Give them a break
Come on guys why is everyone giving him a hard time. I know how he feels when you have a salesperson that doesn't know whether he is coming, going or standing still. Thankfully I now have a great salesperson who helps me but that is not alwasy the case.

Sad thing is, that if someone did check your order status, you still wouldn't know what's going on. Information flow about cars being "In QC-Land" is few and far between.
Have you tried to talk with the Sales Manager? Generally, the salesmen do NOT have access to order status info. So you get the clueless run-around. He might agree to give you an email status once a week/every other week. |
