Anyone know where you can get your Chevrolet bowtie colored
I was wondering if anybody know where I can get my Chevrolet bowtie painted or an overlay in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Ebay! Just search it.
That is super lame of GM to give them a hard time about people wanting to customize their car. Really. I highly doubt someone will go humm never seen that logo in black before. I wonder if that Camaro is made by TOYOTA..... |

Big Worm Graphics just did mine so dont know what that is about. Or if wanting it to be painted look up Lupe overhualengines on the forum. He is in San antonio and custom paints them for around $100

I have black bowties. Bought black vinyl from walmart. Its for the cricut machines. Put it on in the summer and still looks great. Cost me 9 bucks and still have 2.5 sheets left. Came with three i believe. Only used half of one for both bowties. You can do it yourself, there are plenty of how to videos on youtube. It took me about 30 minutes. All you need is the vinyl, hair dryer/heat gun, and a razor blade.

I have tried the vinyl and honestly, the plastic dip looks better and has lasted longer. Just go to HD, buy blue painters tape, plastic dip, and some brown sheets or plastic to cover the surrounding area. This is only for the rear. The front bow tie comes out of the grill so that was easy. PM me if you need help. I know there is a DIY also on the forum. |
