I agree with you there. A hardtop looks 1000% better, but given in the past that a B-pillar saves about 100-200lbs(BelAir, A-bodies, and X-Bodies), I'm just fine with a B-pillar. I'm pretty sure it will be tastefully executed. Anything to avoid GT500 syndrome. A pony car should weigh nowhere near 4000 Lbs. Pretty sad considering my wife's '65 GT fastback weighs 2602 Lbs. I guess cars really are like most women. They get fat with age.

Just for kicks, can someone put up a photoshop up of what it would look like with the "B" pillar on the coupe. Even though u might not even be able to see it depending on the way they do the glass.
