I have it and posted instructions somewhere on the forum. It screwed on and 3M tape at the ends where it meets the wheel well.

It is wavy as hell if you don't add about 4 more screws (in between the existing ones). The fitment is sketchy just under the fog lights even with more screws

the screwy blow up picture on EBAY is of the part upside down, why I don't know

SS and LT/LS have different bumpers

Must have been installed incorrectly... Mine has held up fine...I use my supercharger to test it.
