My production date - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

As we all know, the long-anticipated day of March 16, 2009 is almost here.

My dealer e-mailed me this morning stating that my order was moved up due to the constraint of some of the cars ahead of me so I'm currently number 1 or 2 and that my order would be sent out next week ("the inagural week". So my question to you guys is when do you think I will receive it?

Next week I would get back with your dealer and make sure your Event Code changed to 3000 or, even better, 3400. All the dealer does is prioritize the orders and GM pulls them.

Another thing to consider is that March order pulls are primarily for April builds (there are exceptions I'm sure) which COULD equate to a May delivery.

Hopefully, you do get your car sooner than later!
