Besides the cam what else does a stock ls3 need and know any place I can get this installed at?

You just need the cam for an LS3.
Its highly recommended to replace the timing cover gasket, 2 water pump gaskets, and the crank bolt.
I suggest getting dual valve springs, trunion rocker upgrade, maybe even a underpulley. You'll be at this point in the engine might as well get all the upgrades u can. Truthfully other than removing the crank bolt the cam swap is easy and with a weekend and basic mechanic tools you could do the labor urself. (Cam bolt u need to rent tools from autozone, its free)

I may be selling my 231/236 Comp Cam, 112 LSA. Anyone interested hit me up. normally 379 at TSP, willing to let go for 300. Its brand new, no miles. If I sell I am going a different route with the cam if not, I am using it

Stock springs will not support those lift numbers you posted. Springs are a must.
