It's not the buyer's fault that there is paperwork. Paperwork is part of any job. I didn't charge customers for paperwork when I had to fill out inventory paperwork when I worked retail. If they charge you for some sort of paperwork fee, tell them to suck it up, or demand the owner.

Actually the correct words are Invoice and MSRP which a lot of people including dealers get mixed up. Invoice does NOT include the destination charge. MSRP DOES include the destination charge.

Wrong. Look at any dealer Invoice and it is including destination.
