Cat back or open pipes?
So should I go for a completed cat back exhaust system or install the noweeds electronic open exhaust system? I want the most sound and power out of my 2010 2LT/RS

you wont gain much if any power from a catback. And i dont think a V6 would sound that good with cutouts but it would be that loudest option

V6 sounds alright with cutouts best to do it with Hi-Flow Cats and LT/ST headers i'd think though.

Any suggestions on a setup for this? I don't need to hear my car blocks away but a nice sound is nice. I know i wont have the V8 sound and don't care, I like my car as it is at times, POWER is what i'm really after!

You won't gain much if any power changing the exhaust. Long tube headers are big power but they delete cats and you need a tune.

You're really not going to gain much doing anything after the cats. Do an exhaust system for sound and headers for power. Also look into the VMAX TB and ICE-olator.
Let me know if I can answer any questions for you. Best regards, Tyler 888-308-6007 |

I would go with a catback system for your sixer, a cut out exhaust would be louder but louder does not mean better, especially with V-6
