Turbo charger vs. Supercharger on SS

For all and those of you who switched from superchargers to turbos what was the difference.

I went into straight turbos.....I like centri only in the sc arena. All screw or roots type sc seem to pull hard down low but dont have the top end I like. AS for me, turbos are a kick in the arse from 2k all the way to redline. My turbo setup is just quiet, super strong, and generates very low IAts. So personally I am sold on turbos. BUt I would only go with the IPS turbo. The key is keep the heat away from the block, but use the heat to move the turbos faster. Its tricky but possible

Turbos are so much nicer. IPS makes a great kit but I would get an AGP kit if I had to choose.

AGP started in my friends garage, I was the phone boy forever in college and my two really good friends own it. You won't be disappointed. All their stuff is top notch. They are going above and beyond in the investment to make this kit very nice. I was just bugging Kevin to get the kit into the hands of some good tuners and it looks like he found one of the best.

Screw/roots blower produce alot of heat in back to back runs but have an awesome powerband. Centrifugals feel more NA with the power steadily increasing. Turbos are more of a kick at a certain RPM. Good example of powerband: I have to two friends who both have centris and the 3 of us make between 680-700. They are faster because they are in vettes, but if we ever start in an inappropriate gear(like 2nd gear at 20mph) my car will pull away from theirs. I personally love my turbos, but there are benefits to all forms of FI.

Ok so if I am looking for say only what the stock kit offers like say 620 cranks horse and I am only road course racing not drag ,kill my tranny and diff racing, what will I need to upgrade aside from axles. Remember in road course stuff there is no burnouts from a stand still like the strip.
