When I got my 18 zl1 I didn't care about the premium or pdr because at the time, I didn't have any intention to track the car. Fast forward a year and now its a track only car. Haha. I do wish I had it but its not enough to make me trade for a pdr car or add it.

Yeah... I might end up the same - if commuting in an ICE car is going to be more expensive... Maybe.
But at the same time - it's spring, I start to see others joy-riding their cars, while I am waiting half a year for a car because I want PDR which I might not use.
Also they have 0% APR for "well qualified customers" till 4/4 so it pushes me to "settle" even more.

I ordered and received a 22 a few weeks ago. I added nav after I ordered, but didn’t add PDR. If you think you’ll track the car it’s probably a nice to have. I don’t think I’d use it much and couldn’t see paying for it. I don’t regret not optioning it.

Mine has that and probably every other option

I like the PDR option but it’s not a must have.

The camaro version is SEVERELY flawed compared to the corvette version. In the corvette, in real time, you can see current, previous, and best lap times. None of this is available in the camaro. Huge fail.

The PDR is still useful for post analysis in Cosworth tools, but huge miss not having the ability to see lap times in real time on track.

At that point you're better off just buying Garmin Catalyst and using that for track day datalogging. On top of that, the PDR is garbage as a dashcam as 720p is just too low resolution for any useful recording so you'll be looking for an aftermarket dash cam too.
That is not correct. You must download Cosworth's software which is available via their website. It is called Cosworth Toolbox. All the excellent PDR data is on the SD card and the Cosworth Toolbox will read the card and give you all of the data.

Manufacturer navigation is generally subpar when compared to Android and Apple, but I like the idea of the HUD showing turn by turn. Sure, it would be nice if it could integrate with Apple or Android, but I figured I'd go ahead and order it with since it is marketed as "premium audio" and if I read the order sheet correctly, I thought it came with HD radio. Sure HD radio isn't very popular, but it sounds better than XM or regular broadcast, and in my area there are at least 8 major stations that broadcast in HD. Granted, the sound system of the LT4 is pretty spectacular as well.

As for the PDR, it was under constraint when I placed my order, and some people will tell you that it's not very accurate. I might've optioned it if it wasn't on constraint, as the front collision notification feature squaks at me like a backseat driving in-law.

Well in that case the only downside is the PDR is 1/3 the resolution of what a modern camera should be recording at and the data is logged at half the rate of a true datalogger.

The low data frame rate is more of a problem than the subpar camera resolution IMO, nobody wants to count grass blades on a PDR recording.

Only reason why I needed a pdr was simply for valet mode....

There are other things you can add if you're truly worried about telemetry or data to make you faster.
Just my take

Truth is, I recorded a bunch of pulls one day a year ago and haven't thought about it since.

Who said the PDR has a low says frame rate?

Even if it does. Who the needs as much data as an F1 team gets from their car?

My dealer just reached out to me giving me good news that ZLE production will be ramping up again soon, but the PDR option will no longer be available. I had to delete the PDR but I should finally get a build date in the near future after waiting for any movement from 1100 status for 6 months.

I ordered in October and took delivery Feb 2 and had to delete 1LE and PDR or I would still be waiting.
