Every 3 months or so, certain K-Marts will have a day where they give raffle tickets to people that show up for the event and if your ticket is called, you get first crack at an unopened box of Hot Wheels. I think they limit you to picking only 3 or 5 cars from the box. Once everyone's ticket has been called then its fair game on whatever is left in the boxes.

These are mainline Hot Wheels, will be in the 2017 G case. Due out in about 1 mouth.

The 8 car set you just got was a special Wal Mart only release.
