So it's not available for the Camaro but it's available on the Vette and Blackwing models?

I mean, its not like either of those vehicles are in abundance right now but I guess GM wants to reroute what customers it can from the Camaro sales towards the Vette and Caddy cars.

I loved the option and used it everyday when I had my ZL1.

I know supply constraints are a worldwide issue, but this situation really takes the joy out of ordering a car. I find myself second guessing a sports car purchase right now. Have had my order in since July.....

The Corvette and Blackwing have different versions of PDR. They are better quality. Believe it's 1080p compared to our 780p

Only difference is the 720p and 1080p resolution then the different overlays but they still use all the same components I'm sure and the other software is probably the same as well.

This is a huge selling point for me. I really like this option and particularly the valet mode within the pdr.

Chevy is producing 186 Corvettes a week, I believe they all come with the PDR. Interesting how that can be accomplished, if the PDR components are limited.

First, the Bowling Green assembly is producing approximately 178 Corvettes per day not per week. Second, only the 2LT and 3LT trim levels come with the PDR. The 1LT trim level, which is the base trim, does not.

My car was built 12/21 and happened to get the PDR. Not sure when the dealer actually put the order in though. This was a car the dealer ordered for stock to my knowledge. I happened to luck out and put a deposit on it as soon as I saw it listed on the Chevy site.

Entirely new system that requires much faster CPU, new software, GPS and camera. The C7 guys have been trying for a while to get the Gen2 system to work and no one has had any luck.
