Whose the best...Tuner?

I'm wondering what the popular vote is for whose the best ZL1 tuner? I know there are lots of LS/LT tuners out there. Some are "tooners" and some are tuners.

Who do we think is the best? Doesn't matter in-person dyno, street or remote. I would like to hear opinions if possible. Here are a few I've heard of that seem to always get mentioned when people ask for a tuner. I'm sure I missed a bunch of great ones, but this is what I've seen on forums, Facebook and YouTube. Most of those shops have great YouTube channels.

Vengeance Racing - GA
Race Proven Motorsports - Delaware
Late Model Racecraft - TX
Late Model Performance - MD
Complete Street performance - Penn
Jannetty Racing - CT
Speed Inc - IL
Powertech Performance - St Pete FL
Faster Proms - Clearwater FL
Pray Performance - NC

Now out of that list, who's the best. Who is missing?

If you read my post, I specifically asked for opinions.

Opinions are always subjective, but that doesn't make them invalid. Is that a problem for you??

AMP

Well AMP (www.advancedmodernperformance.com) out of Grand Prairie TEXAS has LITERALLY done over 10000 (10K) tunes. There is NO DOUBT he is the best tuner especially with boosted applications. The have established more world records than anybody on the LT platform. They set the bar literally for everybody else.

What quantifies the people you're looking for as the "best tuners"?

Successful Youtube channels?
The ability to secretly make more power than other tuners given the same mods?
How many tunes do you have to do before you're considered the best? 1,000? 2,000? 10,000?

There are so many good tuners out there that aren't internet famous and are easily just as good. I agree this thread is pointless. Are you looking for a shop to build and tune your car? Or is this an internet popularity contest?

You would never know "THE BEST" without a proper shootout among them which will never happen. I am familiar with most of the tuner shops listed above and are top notch and will provide very good results. There is no BEST in that regard, what is more important is the quality of work done by any shop which includes many things including customer service.

Guys this is a silly internet forum not peer review for a revolutionary cancer treatment.

Im just asking opinions on some of the most popular tuners out there. You are being ridiculous.

If you used one of these places or one not listed, lets hear about it. There is no crime in sharing your opinions. Thats how the review system works on just about every ecommerce site anywhere.

This is not rocket science.

You, learn it yourself.

No one on that list will put the time into the car that you could. I spent one summer taking over 200 logs to fine tune my car, got to be as picky as I was willing to tolerate myself to be LOL. Figure each log is 30 min at least if not more. That's like $10,000-15,000 worth of labor, no one is going to pay that much for a tune. If you don't like it, fix it, don't have to arrange for appointments or drop the car off anywhere.

Work with someone remotely for a little till you get comfortable, pay for their time and learn it as you go. In a few weeks/months you will get the hang of it and start learning/teaching yourself. There are plenty of courses to take if you prefer that method. You can watch videos from someone like Goat Rope Garage to get an idea of what you'd be in for. If it is over your head after watching those videos at least you will know before getting involved with something you won't follow through on.

Depends on what you are gonna do with the car.

For street only? Drag? Track?

I went with Pray, but wish I hadn't. He is an unmatched tuner/builder for Drag, not so much for other applications.

I use my car for Daily, AutoX and Track. I'd go with Jannetty if I was doing it again.

I already have an MPIV2+ and credits to tune my car. But I personally dont want to learn on my car. I have all that in place to do a remote tune with someone, and I have been logging it. But I dont understand a ton of what Im seeing. The HPT forums are hard to get info from.

Whoever tunes for the prominent shops such as Hennessey, KaTech, Lingenfelter, Vengeance, and whoever tunes the fastest Gen 6s; which of course is a bunch of people. There's a thousand good tuners.
