how would you go about turning them on?
I didnt see any on/off control in the description given.

Also if you turn the knob all the way to the left in the off position can you shut off the Day time running lights?
They come on as part of the normal headlights.

EDIT: Confirmed by Fbodfather that you can turn the knob to the parking light mode and the halos only come on. My bad.

Just put the parking lights on probably.

So, I am still unsure after reading it whether the RS cars foglights can operate like actual fogs or not. It would seem that when the hid's come on, you could push the button to turn them back on as fogs. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice. When it's raining or foggy, I like having as much light as possible.

I havent read anything about it.

So did anyone else get the news from there dealer, that the Hurst Short Throw shifter will not be a standard option to come on the car. You will have to get the aftermarket GM Short Throw?

I keep getting an error that says the file is damaged and can't be opened. I tried downloading it 3 times and even updated my Adobe to the newest version... 9.0. Anyone else having this problem?

Edit- I got it... I had to download it with Explorer. For some reason it didn't work when I was using Firefox.

Thanks for the post. It answered a lot of my questions.

I too hate it when you get behind the wheel and you're not sure how everything works.

I'm still not sure how the RS headlights work as fog lights.

Beleive it or not, my wifes Lexus didn't have the seat position memory feature that it was supposed to. Sure it wasn't on the sticker in the equipment list but we would have made sure it did had we had a checklist.

Our fault of course but I'll make damn sure I have everything available with my Maro. At least available to me now.
I am the same way. I have in the past wondered what the blank spot on the dash was for. Now I make sure, I just dont like the look of the blanks.
