Kicker makes great products. I just installed two 12" Kicker CVR subs. I did go with a HiFonics amp instead though. If you buy online you won't pay too much more for their products and they are great quality. RE audio is another really good one for subs and HiFonics is great for amps.

I always purchase my products from best buy for their warranty. I used to work for them in the past for several years and cheat the system; At anytime i want to upgrade, i can just bring them in and say they no longer functioning (For certain products they cant test in store) and exchange them for a system of equal value or just pay a little extra for something better. Ill check back and let you know how the entire system worked out if interested.
Please check back with pics too if possible..

Kicker makes some great products, are there better out there? Sure, but you usually pay more for it. In their price range I think right now it is a good back and forth between RE Audio, Kicker, and MTX. All good brands and each one brings a little something to the table.

I got a 10' Kicker Sub installed about a week ago and haven't had any issues with it. Sounds amazing. I'm going to upgrade the speakers to Kicker as well and also an amp to complete the set up...

I haven't tried anything but the speakers, but for my money the kickers I have bought have been great. I have run 8" CVR's, 12" CVR's, and recently got a 10" CVX, I love them all. I found a great deal on amazon for the 10" CVX, only $109 for a speaker that handles 600 watts rms. I like the kenwood line of amps, not too expensive and they work great.
