Let's just say I won't be buying another brand new car from Chevy. Even GM customer service was saying shit out of their ass to cover up.

I'm calling BS. If you're getting a denial from both the dealer and GM Customer Service and if they aren't working towards resolution, then there was something obvious that caused the denial. It's not rocket science, because GM has an interest in resolving this stuff amicably and providing coverage within the terms outlined when you bought the car.

I'd be curious what "shit" they are saying out their "ass" to cover up. But then again, I hope you didn't use that language with them. There's no use for it.

I have done my own oil changes and have had dealers / oil change places do the work, and have gotten 200K or better and about 10 years of trouble free life out of the last 3 vehicles my wife and I have driven.

I see "try another dealer" pretty often, but I always think its MY car that I'd be using as a test guinea pig driving all over the state hoping to find a decent dealer that knows how many quarts of oil my car holds and won't wrap it around a tree on a test drive. It's not like when you're shopping for a new car and checking different dealers where there's no real risk. With the service department, I'm putting my car at risk everytime I "try" a different one. Why would I want to put myself or my car through that when I can just do it myself and enjoy doing it?

Ew. That is some bull. They should have noticed that immediately and informed you. I don't think they check diff fluid levels ever but that is an obvious mechanical flaw!

Hope you get it worked out, I know the service reps on here post often.

Warranty starts on day of purchase not build or delivery date to the dealer or PDI date but again on original purchaser/purchaser date

Its not just Chevrolet MoCamaro20..I couldn't get anything fixed on my 2012 5.0 GT. They didn't void my warranty or anything. They just said everything is "Normal operating characteristics" "Oh your transmission wont go into second and you are blocked out of 3rd over 5k rpm...they all do that, thats normal". "Oh your rear diff is whining like a supercharger..You have the 3.73 gears those whine". "Oh your engine ticks like a diesel, they all do that." Whatever, I bought a SS screw Ford and their dealers.

Thats funny. I just had to get a whole new rear differential. I have a cold air intake and catch can and warranty covered it all.

Whats up with all the diffs getting replaced? Is there a common issue going on here?
