What was your first camaro?

Just wondering what was your first Camaro?I was born in '72 ,so I missed out on seeing the first Camaros new in the showroom, although my dad used to have a '68 camaro.I grew up loving the 3rd gens(82-92) show some pics if you have them,or if you have any cool stories about when you first got that 1st F-body that would be cool too.

The one I have now, lol. 2001 NBM Camaro, had a 2001 Firebird before.

Car has been a loyal companion. Only problems I had is with the build quality.

The first new car I bought was a '67 Camaro RS, I kept it until I bought a '69 Z/28. Wish I could find some of my old pics of either one, but that will likely take going through boxes and boxes of old photos.

my first camaro was a 87 v6 that i swapped in a pontiac 455/muncie 4spd/ 12 bolt rear end, i played with this for a couple years then sold it when the 4th gens came out, then i purchased a used 94 camaro and slowly turned it in to a very fun street car that ran in the 10's, i owned this one for 10yrs and just sold it for a good size downpayment on a 5th gen camaro

Well, I'd have to do some serious searching for pics of my first 2 Camaro's. I have them SOMEWHERE. LOL

First car was a V8 1982 Camaro Berlinetta. (Purchased in 1991.)
Second car was a 1991 Camaro RS. (Purchased in 1993.)

After I traded the '91 for a '95 Cavalier it was 7 years before I bought my first brand new Camaro Coupe in 2002.

Man I miss that car.

my first was a 78 LT, then I got my 94Z, then my 95Z, then my 86.

I sold the 78 to a close buddy of mine so she would get restored. Wrecked the 95 (rearended from a mustang who didnt realize the race was over), and my other friend has the 86 and we're droppin in a carb'd LS1.

and C48Moose.... where did you get that grill?

I made it. Bought a billett (sp) insert and a 69 ss emblem. Took out the old grill and attached new grill with stainless bolts .

San Antonio. Been all over the place in the SS, though...Dallas, Austin, Houston, etc. You recognize the plates? You also might have seen it in Camaro Performers (last months issue) page 94.

And I want to see more pictures!!!
