Brembo Brakes

Ok, now that we finally know the brakes are black with Chevrolet Words in White and Brembo Logo in red,

Would it be possible to get a decent red paint on the brakes and make the words look like the brakes on the LS7?

And by the way, were thse the same brakes that are on the factory SS's?? or was the LS7 special fitted with some bigger better brakes?

I really want some Red Brembo's jus like the LS7 whether my car is Victory Red or Black.

You can get them powdercoated. Thats what I am doing. There is a guy on the corvetteforum.com that specializes in that. He can do any color you can imagine.

it doesnt always look all that good on a yellow car or even a purple one IMO. black, red or silver should be offered.

my calipers will be black. and I will pcoat them myself.

i think the ls7 brakes are from the z06. as far as painting the brakes, i would just leave them alone.

I don't recall any car ever offer color choices on calipers.

I know on Aston Martins you definitely can choose the color (they even offer it in their online configurator) . I'm sure when you order a Ferrari you likely can as well (they have what they call the Carrozza Scagliettii program where you can pick prettymuch anything when it comes to leather, stitching, colors, etc).

Needless to say neither is a Chevy hehehe....

A minor correction. The brakes on the ls7 camaro are not from the z06. they are from the CTS-V and are the new Brembo bicast rotors.
