I spoke to Namala a few times regarding my '12 ZL1 and have complete faith that they will be the shop to install a stage 5 kit on my car in the near future

Whats the estimated RWHP on a Davenport stage 5, on a 6 speed manual?

The stage 5 is listed at 770 HP. Not sure if its rear wheel or flywheel. I'm getting the stage 4 put on my car there in less than a month. It's identical except it doesn't include the ported cylinder heads. I've also got a few other things I'm adding. The stage 4 is listed at 730 HP. I'll let you know what the RWHP is after they are done. It goes in on April 22, Steve said I should have it back by the end of that week. I just hope the weather cooperates, I don't want to have to haul it down there. Steve told me even if I bring it a little early, weather permitting, he would store it inside for me.

My guess is that those numbers are calculated at the crank. So about, 655RWHP for stage 5 and 620RWHP for the stage 4. Those are gonna be awesome upgrades!

I've heard good things about Nitto DR's. Lets face it, anything in a DR is better at the track than the stock street tires.

I'm running M/T ET Streets (DOT tires) on 15inch rims to get more sidewall and therefore more traction. My best 60 on them is a 1.74. In my mind, I should be low 1.6x at the worst. I need more seat time to determine if it's my setup or my skills holding me back...lol.

I think it probably flywheel also. I had my car dyno'd last August, it had only 700KM and it was 27*C outside. It still pulled 475RWHP, 470RWTQ bone stock. I figured my mods should add 150HP to 175HP.

With that much of a power upgrade, you'll have to run those DRs on the street.

Is your car gonna be out of the shop in time for the opening weekend at Castrol (April 26)?

Might just make it. I was told about 4 days. I've got everything for the parts I've collected. Made the appointment in the middle of febuary, I talked in detail with Steve about what I wanted done, he said he'd have all the other stuff there so shouldn't be any holdup. I bought an LS7 ( 90mm ) throttle body from GM, it took 3 weeks to get so I'm prepared

All muscle cars are cool in my books, even the ones made by Fiat...lol.

Catless Kooks FTW!

Has that E-Force SS made any track runs? Results?

He comes to the track with us. He runs flat 13's , he has serious traction issues because he's running 285 Yokohamas on 22" rims. He'd probably run faster in January. He was talking about some DR's awhile ago. Not sure if he got any yet.

The stage 4&5 hp numbers are flywheel numbers.
You will like the Nittos at the track, however NT05R's in rain have no traction. I meen like on ice. I drove home on mine once in the rain (5km's) at 50 km/h i was sliding all over the pavement.
