Angry Squeaking sound (not from brakes)

Ok recently when I'm driving really slow (like in a parking lot) with my windows open all the way I can hear a squeaking sound coming from my car (possibly the wheels?) It is not the brembos making the sound. It's not that loud, it can barely be heard normally. I'm just concerned about what might be causing it. Anyone else have the same problem? My cars a 2010

I hope it's nothing major, because the guys at the chevy dealership near my house are a**holes and I'd have to take my take to one that's kinda far.

Known issue, a thread pops up around here all the time. It is your brakes, hit the search bar.

Give the guy a break....no pun intended.

Honestly, the SEARCH sucks. I have never had any luck finding something by using the search on this site.

I been trying to find out what this squeaking is also. I usually hear it when going over a bump and sometimes its really loud. I think it has something to do with the break and just got my 2011 in feb with a build date of jan.

I can tell you from my experience, my brakes did the same thing.
Take it to your dealer. Hopefully they will lube the brake parts. With mine, the dealer failed 4 times, so I had to do it myself.

Please keep in mind, the front brakes have a TSB for them but the rear brakes do not.

Hopefully your dealer won't tell you "you have a high preformance car and you have to except some quirks."

That's exactly my problem.

Seriously, every time I do use the search, it brings threads that are not related at all.

Yep my car does the same, but only since a couple weeks ago. I've had my car since Dec 09.

I'm glad to see some other experiences were able to help you pin down what the noise is for you. I hope you are able to get it in to be checked over and taken care of. I'm sorry to hear your nearest dealer isn't very helpful. Keep us posted on how you take care of this. If you need any help at all don't hesitate to contact me.

I hear a squeaking that sounds like a regular rotational squeaking that is not related to my wheel speed or breaking when I am parking in my garage with the windows down. I cannot hear it outside, but once I stop moving, the squeaking seems to stop.
