Uneven camber does alter ride height. When you add your car does not drive straight it 'leans' toward camber a potential cause.

Lol... the only other thing I noticed on the rear suspension was the top mount plates for the springs have slots where the bolts are. They are not the same on both sides. Could one spring be angled alittle different to cause a slight lean?

When we set up a Camaro for road course or autocross we like them to be biased toward the center / diff, but most important of all the same side to side. It is a small detail, but when a tenth of a second or less is the difference between 1st and 2nd every incremental bit is mission critical. In a daily driver the placement of the rear upper struts mounts is not a factor.

So pretty much if a alignment doesn't fix it. I have a bad spring or somthings bent. Correct?

I would be more politically correct and say out of spec coil
