I love the one with red fins but I'm also more interested in one with accommodating dual tips.

I sent you several PMs about having it shipped 2 weeks ago or whenever you posted them again....so not shipping is killing your sale. They would have been gone by now. I would have bought back then...and that was before you even said the price for the full CF one. I even said I would take responsibility if something happened in shipping....oh well. :( GLWS

Well, I just laid out all reasoning for not shipping, and what it would take if one wants it shipped. This way if I let a packing place do the packing, the responsibility falls in them. I ship all kinds of stuff weekly for other forums and I have my own FedEx personal account, but these i just don't trust them with and I don't want liability or to have to fight with them if something happens. I don't use the shipping/packing places because they are expensive, but if someone wants one of these and is willing to pay for the shipping and insurance in it, I'll ship it to alaska. Makes no difference at this point to me.
Long and short is I don't want to be the responsible party for "packing" this item.

I just figured with all these cars out there, someone from Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky would drive and pick this up in person.

Valid concerns and I can appreciate that. Brother inlaw in Columbus will pick it up and I know I can trust to pack it well and ship. Let me know when he can come get the red one. He already has said not a problem and is about 30 minutes form your area. He lives in west Columbus.

If packed with enough space around the valence, 3-4" around all sides, and enough packing material, bubble wrap, there should not be a problem with shipping. I have shipped all over the world with no problem, but I definitely understand the concerns. It is not fun to argue with a shipping company. As long as it is packed within their guidlelines with new packing materials, they can't deny the claim. May take a while, but they would lose.

Are these stock pieces that have CF overlaid on them or made out of CF?

No these are complete new pieces molded entirely from carbon and Kevlar.

An yes, I ship all over the world as well and I'm a pro at packing, but these are a little more Complicated to pack. If I let the shipping company pack them, it's on them if it arrives in pieces.

I understand you don't want the liability, so I am going to let it pass. I hope someone gets them from you locally. I would ship anything and I would fight for a product that I put sweat into, not let it be on the purchaser/packing company.

GLWS and bump for you.

I am confused at all of your responses "roll the dice"....I said I would ship, at the buyers expense, which to me is completely reasonable for me as a seller and should be expected by any buyer to have to pay to ship something you want....you said if I would ship you would buy, and yet you will pass? Makes no sense to me as a few guys were beating me up because I wouldn't ship, and now I agree to do so as long as the buyer pays the packing and shipping, nothing more....so now what is the problem?
Surely you weren't expecting me to eat the shipping cost were you?

I'll be happy to provide a shipping cost receipt for anyone that purchases this, you won't pay a penny more than it costs to pack and ship for anyone interested.
Thanks.

Force fed has offered twice to do the shipping to me. So that is true. I have just opted to have my brother in-law pick it up for me and ship it to help the process along.

Can't wait to get it Forcefed. Keep pushing, someone will buy it. Once people see this installed they are going to want one here in Ca. It's just to bad this didn't go to mass production.
