Fast 102mm Intake or Stock Ported?
Ok guys question, I will be doing a head and cam package on my Camaro this summer I will be shooting for 500rwp NA. I was thinking of buying a Fast 102mm Intake with NW 102mm TB. But also was thinking getting the stock intake ported and running VMAX TB. Which one will help make the power Im looking for and be worth it $$$ wise. I plan on staying NA but running a 150-200 shot nitrous. Please help Thank You

I have a fast 102 and if I had to do it again, I'd hit up Joe@CPR and just do a ported.

I agree with Camper. I think you can do just as good with a ported stocker on a 376 motor. Plus it'll save you some cash to put towards the Nitrous setup.

I picked up absolutely nothing with a vector ported intake. Do yourself a favor and look up Rick Crawford using a google search. His intakes are pretty well proven where most others are hit or miss.

There are MUCH better things to spend your $$ on before you address the intake manifold. If I were to ever add one, it would be one of the last things I did.

Rick Crawford's air-ram is close to a tenth ET faster than a ported FAST 102. I swapped from a Tony Mamo to a Rick Crawford. I also have his heads, cam and tune. No coincidence i'm the fastest all motor G8. Even quicker than the LSX motors.
