The original parts are in my spare bedroom and I don't know what to do with them. The dealer is also asking $33,000 for it. That is a deal almost too good to be true that you are looking at.
Carfax is clean. The only thing highlighted is the ignition recall.

(IE: Catch can was installed incorrectly and blew a seal, mod caused the failure therefore they are not gonna fix it under warranty.)
Also when you go to look at it ask to have it put on the lift for you because you want to look under it. This gives you the chance to see for yourself if there are any visible trouble signs like leaks. With such low mileage there shouldn't be any problems but you never know. It's always good to be wary about things you're paying a lot of money for and if the place selling it is any good they wont mind letting you look at the car for yourself.
Thanks for the advice :-)

One thing that will knock the price down is the M6. Mine was 25k with 28k miles on it though. This was in October. This thing is cheap lol. I'll also tell you the paint isn't that great on these cars. Get ready for hell trying to keep the black paint looking good

See if you can carfax or find out where it came from, I am gonna guess repo or rental return or dealer demo. NOBODY willingly gets out of a car with that little time behind the wheel. the mods tell me they really liked the car and planned to keep it a long time. something is fishy here......

Agree - something seems a bit fishy here.
Might be a long shot but see if dealer will get you on the phone with previous owner and see why they traded it in with so few miles on it.

Also - although Carfax is a good starting point it only shows reported issues and fixes.
Take someone with you who knows a thing or two about vehicles and get their opinion while dealer has it jacked up and have them take it for a spin.

Maybe the person who had it couldn't drive a stick and was just a Sunday car - who knows -
All in all it's a good deal - I would get it - just have a shop do a one over

I feel like anyone who has done the strut tower brace has also done some other suspension work? Otherwise it's basically just for looks. Check the sways and springs?

Just because the Carfax is clean , doesn't mean that nothing happen to it
Assuming that something was done on /to the car , on a private / non dealer ,Quasy legal shop , it will never be on that thing called Carfax
So keep your eye wide open , take a friend that can spot things that you may be able for more than one reason , and have it inspected , and ask lots a questions
Then listen to their answers , and read in between the lines , that's where you could see what the don't want you to know

The State off Maryland had some extra long winters las time around , lots off rain , etc who know if this car was a swimmer before ?

I would tell the dealer I will take it as long as it checks out and just drive it over to a Chevy dealer and have them inspect it. Especially check to see if it was tuned, because if it was you would probably have a huge problem if anything ever went wrong with it.

Oh and welcome to the forum!

I would be a little suspicious. 500 miles and already a different dealer?

ONLY 500 MILES???? With mods? Was it repossessed before the original parts could be reinstalled? You should check the paint and body for any possible repairs because this is a suspicious vehicle.
