I'm thinkin' three V8 options:

1. Base - no frills option for those who want bare minimum weight
2. RS - step up from the Base
3. SS/RS - BadA*#

Then later the Z28

Just my thoughts. Could be wrong.

The merger won't suddenly make existing receivers able to get channels from both systems. New receivers will be made that can, and they may simulcast some channels on both, but I hope they won't just merge the systems completely -- then they'd halve the available channels and probably get rid of all the good ones.

anybody from gm that can confirm that saturn did use the solstice platform without telling the pontiac guys?
Same person was over both projects.. Mr Bob Lutz.... so everyone knew about the Sky. about 6 months after it was announced that the Solstice was going to be built the decision was made to make the Sky..That is when i decided to get a Sky instead of a Solstice. I have all the articles and mailings from Saturn.... I had one of the first Skys built also, number 351, but I traded it a year and a half later mostly to get an automatic but also for the improvments then made in the later builds...
It's nice to have one of the first ones, but nicer to get one that has most of the concern's/complaints/problems areas attended to. I couldn't be happier with the car, I have almost had my 2008 a year and have had 0 complaints or problems. I am sure GM will take care of the Camaro the same way, it's too important to them.

The top one is a counter for how many rustangs you have blown away and the one on the bottom is to light up the afterburners

One of them is cruise control, and the other is a digital odometer, compass, temp., etc.

the left buttons on the steering look like adjusting the them and the color of the odometer to me and the one on dash looks like a compass. I don't why they would make the center screen between odometer and rpm is so narrow while they have so much space, it wouldn't hurt if they made it a bit bigger so its not all cramped and would be easier to read
