The hood was great... he had problems w/ the trunk. However, with these it always seems fittement can be an issue...

I'm not a big fan of carbon fiber either (but that's just my personal opinion). I have a friend who does paint work and he says that you can't paint CF either and expect it to last (it won't).
If I could get the VIS hood in aluminum, I'd be all over it. |

supposdly this hood has a UV protectant on it, hence the shine that it has, you can paint right over this top coat without issue, according to the company, and backed up by a few other C5 members.

ACS has a great new hood insert for the Camaro, installs on original hood. Give them a call.

spent some time up at LoveFab this weekend,
was able to uninstall the KB BAP, clean up the front metal piece that held the GM Performance emblem, and installed a Hertitage grill and new emblem from EmblemPros. i like it |
