doesn't the other company require the use of a laptop with their cable? I understand it gets the job done, but having it in a small hand held programmer and able to restore to stock with it would be nice to have vs. pulling out the laptop is a nice feature.

If you want the flexibility of going back to stock when ever you want then, yes with Trifecta you buy their EZ-Flash cable and use your laptop. No big deal to me:

1) I always have my laptop with me...
2) How often are your really going to be changing your tune anyways?

Also, I don't believe with this pcm you will be able to do "active" tuning. It seems that a complete reflash will be required for each change. I think that's been the main holdup in tuning this pcm.

do not buy the SLP diablo programmer... they sell it at a mark up for the same stuff! and its not even available yet! best bet is check out the DiabloSport forum and ask those guys when they plan on releasing it! they have awesome customer service and have people that all their job is reply to peoples questions on their forum! i know they are testing it and should have it out soon!

SLP develops their own tunes for their SLP line of Predators.

They sell them with tunes developed in house on their dyno based on their performance upgrade packages that they sell, to offer a true plug and play tuning option.

You would think someone from SLP would have been on here with an announcement and dyno results for this!

they can't be on here about it yet... cuz there is no diablo predator support for the V6's just yet...

diablosport has to come out with support for the V6 camaros in the predators/trinity's before SLP will be able to get them and then be able to do their own tunes and then add them to it...

but it is being worked on and will be available shortly!!

not sure if they are still looking or what is the eta on it.
Also any idea on what it will be capable of doing? The company I am talking to about a supercharger kit said they have one made but they arent going to release it until they are able to get a programmer for it and tune it.

Hey Pete... the "Alpha" car is still on the dyno ATM. Mike will post up when they get it dialed in....
