I just got a phone call from Tu at Savini. He apologized for the misunderstanding and has issued me a complete refund for the entire $685 that I had paid to them. He wants to make sure I am absolutely happy with my Savini wheels.

I told him I just thought I was overcharged by $200, but he insisted on giving me a full refund due to the hassles I have had with this.

I must say, I am going to be a lot happier to put those wheels back on my car now.

Thank you, Tu. You're a good man.

Wow it only took 57 post to right this wrong. PQ had to start two or three entire threads to get his fixed. It's a shame that is what things are coming to these days. Oh well, glad you got it taken care of.

Well maybe Tu will get on here introduce himself and give Camaro 5 a POC for issues that he can resolve easily without all this hassle. I am just glad they did the right thing.

It would have been nice though if this thread was not needed.

glad to hear they stepped up and take care of their customer, a lot of crap, but glad it worked out.
memo to all, if you do purchase on the internet or forums, keep all emails, be specific on what you expect. keep all pm's. lesson learned for me.

He likes you more than me. I believe they had to go over his head with me. He still claimed I was messign the wheels up.

I feel bad for Nick.

Savini is represented on here and gives their rep NO authority to make the decisions that need to be made.
