Do the IPF super charger kits come with install instructions or is a reputable shop necessary?

Comes with really good instructions. The beauty of the system is that someone with a little mechanical background and a decent set of tools can install this in your garage in a weekend. Having a second set of hands is highly recommended. If you want the warranty a shop install is necessary.
