I soaked it with simple green and warm water...

Since then there's alot more oil that has risen to the surface

I sprayed the the cup 4-6 times, soaked the filter 4-5x and the check valve 3-4x

Edit: i just checked the cup, i think theres brownish water in the bottom of the cup bc of the filter being so nasty

Hmm so my filter isn't as dirty from oil anymore but it is more orange, I wonder if the paint on the breather was starting to come off and go on the filter?

i wouldnt doubt it, my yellow breather doesnt look good to my standards anymore, it looks like the clear coat is faded Thankfully i have a polished one in use right now...

Also..a helpful tip when drying your breather, wrap tissues or toilet paper around the filter and hold it there so it will adhere to the filter. I noticed it takes alot of excess oil of the filter. I'll post a pic in a few

Haha well to be honest with as much as its to ship it down there and I think the standard shipping back is 15$ I would just get a new one but that's just my opinion. And here's a pic of my breather tampon

But it's just an idea of how much oil is still there

Dude, I don't wanna see your used tp haha...yea I'll have to think about it, talked to Tracy and he said he could change the filter for $20 shipped so I would also just have to pay for the shipping down there so idk I'll have to think about it. In the mean time I'm trying out your tp idea.

Thanks Bud! Congrats on your Upgrade im sure you're loving it

For my next round of mods it will be the Zl1 front end conversion, GM GFX side rockers and rear painted black. And the last mod for this round is the Rx ported intake manifold and i'll finally be a full bolt-on V6
