I just got my girl yesterday- Order was places on 11-17-2010 at 12noon!!!!!!!
It was worth the wait!!

Check out camarotracking.com they were wonderful and kept me informed on each update. Plus the moderators were very helpful.

04/07/2011 - (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
04/07/2011 - (1102) Order entered via web.
04/11/2011 - (2000) Order accepted by GM. Dealer used allocation to place order into production.
04/12/2011 - (2500) Order preferenced. Order pulled to the production system.
04/12/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.
04/18/2011 - (3100) Order available to sequence.
04/18/2011 - (3300) Order scheduled for production. Order is scheduled into the plant build cycle.

Wow, I guess i got lucky!!! Ordered my vert on March 11th and she arrived at the dealership yesterday!!! Picking her up today. Of course we have rain in the forcast for the next 5 days!!!

What a bummer, fonegod1. I feel your pain. The last new car I ordered was a new vette several years ago. I picked it up on a friday afternoon and drove it home. There was a major leak in the power steering system so it sat in the garage all weekend until the dealer service shop opened on Monday.
