Check on Tuesdays or Thursdays (once a week, not both days), those seem to be the best bets. No reason to check multiple times a day--you'll just create more work for the poor guy!

other dealers can manually enter in order numbers. I can only see the current status upto 3800. I can't see any actual details ie. personal info, order history, anything like that.

Ask anytime. It is at 3300 with a target production week of 7/20. That means that is scheduled for production the week of 7/20.
