J turn with the auto

Anyone try to do a j turn with an automatic? I have with a manual. Just wonder if it's safe to do?

Guess you just gotta be sure to hit N when you spin other wise bad things could happen...

make sure its in neutral BEFORE you snap the wheel...problem solved

if anything, do it in your next rental. i wouldn't recommend doing it in your POV as it causes your transmission to heat up with the displacement of all the fluid when the car snaps around and you re-engage the transmission.
