Thunderstorm destroyed my camaro

The day started out nice and sunny I washed the car and went for a spin then Walmart lights went off in Walmart look outside golf ball size hail I started praying my car would make it through. Nope I was wrong I was already in the process if trying to get a trade and a ss but still wanted my car. So I don't know what my insurance is going to try and do but I don't want the car anymore after what it looks like. What do you guys think my insurance would do?

It's not destroyed. There are a few PDR'able dings. Calm down.

Your insurance will take it to a body shop for a paintless dent repair. Time their done you won't know it ever happened but you will be without a car for a couple days. I had to go through this a couple years ago with my car.

If you have comprehensive you could be covered. Check your policy or give em a buzz ASAP.

From that pic that is ugly. What will they do? Depends but, pretty sure it will be cheaper overall to replace the hood at minimum than to try and pdr 100 dings. The fender showing i count 21 dings i can see with some on the crease line that won't be a pdr job just on that one top of fender.

Fenders are cheap so again probably will be replaced.

How did the hips and roof fair?

If I lived in thunderstorm alley, I would be watching the weather and forecasts. Usually some warning before golfball size hail starts. You can see those storms approaching in the distance. Find an underpass or don't take your car out if storms like this are predicted.
Agree with others, paintless dent repair will fix you up.

Leave it out in the sun, you will be surprised what the heat does to the dents. My FIL worked at an insurance yard and he drives a vehicle he bought there that was totaled due to hail, he has a hard time pointing out a dent to you. Good luck, that sucks.
