Best tires for 22's

Anyone have suggestions on different tire brands and sizes for 22x9 front 22x11 rear. Im looking to save some money on the tires considering i just dropped the bomb on these 22's, didnt like my new 20's.

Thanks

Well I'll get you started here. The widths you're gonna wanna go are 275 and 305 or 315 IMO. 11 is a huge rim, you're gonna need a huge tire. I think 315s are more available than 305s, or at least they are for 20. I really don't know what ratio you're gonna want for the sidewalls on 22s.

I know the tires I'm looking into for 20 inch are Nitto Invos. Not sure on how available they are for 22s but you could easily find that out with Google, Tires.com, and nittotires.com

Doesn't change what I said before. 305 is recommended but if you run a narrow tire like a Nitto then 315 will be fine more than likely.

I run 265-35 frt and 305-30 rr pirelli's and the ride is just as good or better than stock. The 315's will probably fit the 10.5 rim better, but I can't speak on the ride quality. Good luck on your decision,

Thanks for the help thus far, so it seems nitto, continental, pirelli, and falken all make similar sizes i guess it comes down to price and ride. I heard the nittos have had bad consistently lately.

thats the same rims i have. right now i have a 265/35/22 front and a 295/30/22 rear. but i need to upgrade to a 305/30 rear. pirelli p zero nero is the only really good performance summer tire for a wheel this big. im switching to these tires.

if you run a 295 tire on a 11" wide rear....the tire will fit but it will look like its stretching to stay on the wheel. mine look terrible.on my tires, i only use about 80% of the tread on the bottom because the tire doesnt sit flat on the ground. a 305 will be the way to go, or a 315 if you have the right offset.

I would recommend 305-30, the sidewall would look like a rubber band with the 305-25, making for a hard ride and subject your wheels to road damage. I like pirelli's.
