I'm pretty stuck, the next option is to go to FIC and send this all back and try a pay pal dispute. The main reason I went with this one was the lower amount of soft hose connections to minimize leaks and I don't want to ditch my current Afco intercooler. I also saw 2 of these demonstrated on local cars so at some point the vendor was actually delivering product.

At this point its a matter of I have fully paid, vendor has to deliver.

I have been pleasantly diverted with working with Kong and DMS to get my porting / Brick reinforcement done. (I must add those companies are first rate fast service and great with communication) The worst part is watching all the CSP videos with Interchillers. It looks as if they have shifted to FIC out of AUStralia also.

My supercharger should be back this week-ish and all my gaskets and other odds and ends have arrived so at least it will be back up and testing again.

I get an email here and there with more excuses, its take 3-5 calls to actually get him on the line and then more "welding" excuses, and "no one found my missing parts" but no delivery date or even an idea of when the next "welding" trip would come.

His PM box here is full

Just out of curiosity, are the parts you're missing something that could be made up at a good hose/fitting shop? I know it would suck to have to pay again for something you already paid for but....

IN Post 4 on the right side of the pic the solenoid and aluminum lines and block. BOth kits are calling the the Competition solenoid it allows switching between cabin and chiller. Plus one 8AN custom line from the feed line to the chiller.

FIC uses soft line and a solenoid, this kit was supposed to be hard line and an aluminum block.

Local AC shop wants no part of trying to build that.

I had to already purchase a 8an o-ring fitting because the flare on the feed line was the worse I have seen and stiull may have to braze that on to the feed.

Have you heard anything back from them? I am looking to purchase a system but I’m worried that product support will be nonexistent like your dealing with.

The parts are "supposed" to be shipping this week, I am out of town on business thursday - sunday so wont know anything until next week.

I'll start a detailed w/ pics install thread if it all arrives. I have had some others reach out to help with questions (thanks), the instructions are pretty spotty.
I have everything ready to go Vacuum pump, AC manifolds, brazing rods, extra hose, stress ball

I also purchased the Leftcoast front crash bar to give clearance and its craftsmanship is incredible.

I have one of Dave's kits. Ordered in May and finally got it August. Instructions are spotty. Let me know if you have any questions.

You do need to contact and bug Dave to get answers. Only way I got my kit. Never really got replies to my emails.
