NOTE: Prices vary to account for the increasing level of standard equipment on higher-end models.

2) Transmission Pricing
Auto. Transmission (LS) $1,180 MSRP
Auto. Transmission (1LT/2LT/1SS) $1,435 MSRP
Auto. Transmission (2SS) $1,690 MSRP
NOTE: Prices vary to account for additional equipment. For example, we include Remote Start with automatic on 2SS models.

Sunroof $1,195 MSRP
Inferno Orange Trim Package (2LT/2SS only) $575 MSRP
Convenience & Connectivity Pkg. (1LT only) $685 MSRP
20" Polished Wheels (RS and SS only) $540 MSRP

NOTE: Canadian Chevrolet dealers will receive an update with complete option pricing next week.

I think for the most part, the prices shown here are good, however, I'm a bit confused about the price for the Auto 6-Speed. The American price indicated only one... $995, however, for us, we seem to be offered 3 prices depending on trim. As far as I remember, the 2LT and 2SS were both supposed to come with Auto-Start ( Remotes ), but from the look of it these prices are indicating to me that only the 2SS it will be included when you order the Auto. Is this correct?.. and if so, isn't $1,690 a little high compared to the US $995 ! Anyone know why this is??

Thats great news, thanks. Im hoping for anything less then 6.9. 2.9 would be a saviour. When does finance rates get released?

Assuming GM offers low interest rates, will it only be available to people with credit ratings of 700+? I know Chrysler is only giving 0% to people with near prefect credit scores. The rest are been shafted for 6-7% and have to look outside for financing.

I haven't read all 16 pages so this may be a repeat...but... the last time Camaro was available in Canada, the top-o-the-line model was over $40k. That was more than 5 years ago and it had only 325hp and a solid axle (I think). A bargain when looked at in this way. And still $10k less than the Challenger

we won't see any rates until the new year...GM will run until early january with a 'clearout' message and interest rates. so, much like the car, we'll have to wait on that as well.

gf bought a house, but her credit rating won't help you. Why not keep the Silverado and sell the gf??

KIDDING!!! just hate to see you part with a good truck

Well looks like Ford F'd up again. They had a chance to make the new 2010 Mustang GT compete with the Camaro and they dropped the ball big time. 315 hp, slight face lift, slightly better handling than 09 and a sticker price that won't be to far off the camaro. This should help anyone comparing a GT to a SS for deciding on which to go with. I love my stang but for a couple grand more I would have gladly paid for the SS. That being said I will be getting a SS and dumping my GT. As for the V6 models unless you really want a convert then I think it's a no brainer as well. . .

haha believe me man i would love to keep the truck too, but if interest rates are 7% then i just couldn't afford monthly payments without selling it... i wouldn't sell the gf lol... she even offered to go halfers on the camaro if it costs a lot... but i don't want to share

I ordered mine 6-speed manual so the wife CAN'T drive it but still has to pay for half of it (she works too, teacher, making almost as much as me). Best of both worlds.

Yes, for the RS package it's 15%, however, it's a 70% increase for the Automatic Trans on the 2SS. Both US and Canadian 2SS have Auto Start with Automatics so why such an increase here? Are they saying that they don't want to sell any 2SS's in Canada to those who want Autos!

I can't afford the 2SS anyways so I'm getting a 2LT/Rs instead, however, those who were thinking of buying one ( 2SS ) I wonder how many won't now.

must be nice to get half paid for, but it's really yours anyways... the gf is a diagnostic medical sonographer and she drives a 5 speed 07 civic ex coupe... so she'll want to drive occasionally... although when i get the camaro i suspect she will get a infinity g37. works for me.
