radius rod bushing removal

What's the trick to getting the left radius rod bolt out? Do I need to remove the washer bottle?

yep that's what I had to do there are two bolts up on the frame rail. Just undo them and you should have enough clearance to pull the bolt out.

Lots of rage and a really big hammer. Very tough on jack stands due to lack of leverage.

You leave a nut on to clean the threads if you booger them up. But yeah you have to beat the snot out of it. Heating up the knuckle can help too. I was unable to do it on stands even with a 5lb hammer, needed to take it someplace with a lift so you could swing that hammer.

Boot is supposed to be sealed so probably jacked. I even bent a c-clamp from a ball joint removal kit so I said screw it. I was told an air hammer will do the trick but didn't feel like messing with it any more or buying a tool I'd never need again.
