No difference in fit/quality/hp. Both are the best. Go with whatever you can get a better deal on.

Get Kooks 1 7/8 and be done with it.

I had to get that in before the ARH guys. But most of the major brand headers work great.

A little more $, but the Kooks stepped headers get you about 10HP more than standard Kooks 1 7/8" headers.

I'm a big fan of Texas speed headers... Very impressed with quality, fit and power.

I was also looking into the Texas Speed long tube headers mainly due to the attractive price and good reviews; however, my research has led me to believe that the cats would be the problem where you get what you pay for.
Also research shows that just about all the long tube headers will produce roughly the same HP with one exception, kooks stepped long tube headers. They have been dyno proven to appx 10HP more.
Good luck on your decision.

WELL ALL I CAN SAY IS I HAD JBA 1 7/8 HEADER AND THERE 3" EXHAUST AND I REALLY LIKED IT. BUT I DECIDED TO CHANGE TO STAINLESS WORKS 2" HEADERS AND THERE 3" LOUD EXHAUST AND I GAINED 50 LBS OF TORQUE AT 3000 RPM'S AND 20 HP ON THE TOP END. SO I WOULD GO WITH THE 2" HEADERS WHATEVER BRAND THEY ARE.
