Didn't feel the need to Introduce myself until now.
Firstly I'd like to say I'm happy to be in little corner of the net, we call Camaro5. I grabbed a beer out of the BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it......of course I left my keys behind as I don't drink and drive. I only took what I can LEGALLY have. I have also made myself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, only to kick off my shoes and, put my feet up on one of the tables, since we are allowed to do that, because our mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and tend to take it easy. Also the clothes I'm wearing now are not my best just in case that food fight does break out.
Now 59 posts in I decided to introduce myself for one reason. As of Friday April 5th I officially took delivery of my very own 5th gen Camaro. I really didn't feel like I'd be part of the family until I owned one. Pics can be found Here: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...postcount=2322 I made my first payment on April 4th and looking forward to having it paid off so the modding fun can really start to begin. My amortization in over 7 years but I plan/hope to pay it off faster. At the current time I have 181 more payments left. My user name/license plate is my Last Name in case anyone was wondering. I am not related to Michelle Pagliaro. Sorry Sir Nuke for stealing your welcoming reply and using it as my intro. Just goes to show I have been lurking around for some time now. You v8 owner's are so welcoming, thankfully a v6 owner snuck into the thread to accompany me .
I love 5th gen and it's colors if money were no object I'd have more than one and would have a v8 with you guys but truth be told a v8 may be too much car for me. I'm still getting use to this v6. It's my second vehicle ever owning and still only makes it onto my second hand if I were to count vehicles I have ever driven. It's really a dream becoming a reality. Mind you this is the most feasible out of all my dream cars. My first dream car ever was a Dodge Viper and it stems from the TV show from way back when, my second dream car is a 1956 Mercedes 300SL Gullwing, and then came the Camaro I now own. (That's the order in timeline synchronization, not order of standings) In order of standings It would be: -1956 Mercedes 300SL -2010 SGM SE Camaro (Yea I know I got a 2011 but I fell in love with the original) -1996 Viper GTS yes it's a short list but they are all cars that have had an impact on me is some way shape or form. I still love all the exotics but they haven't flipped the OCD switch in my head the way the above cars have. I would not trade my Camaro for a Viper and would really have to think about it for the Mercedes 300sl but the good news is neither of those scenarios will ever arise so no need to worry about them. I love the 5th gen pallete but the ones that stick out for me are Inferno Orange, Cyber Grey, and Aqua Blue I love all those colors but I'm in love with Synergy Green. So mine had to be SGM. |

Pagliaro, now to make it official........ CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!
