03 Cobra was S/C. Put one on the SS or 5.0 and the 03 Cobra is a distant object in the rearview.

It looks like Evan Smiths 12.43 @ 113 is the Fastest ive found for an 03. Just setting some goals for this Fall.

NHRA Stocker....That is probably the quickest, though there was an actual 03 Cobra owner that went 12.4x @ 114 mph, bone stock. His name is Kenneth Risher, but it has been so long ago, that I don't remember the specifics of the run, and I *think* it was a .47 or so.

Definately a good goal to shoot for!

Are you going to keep your SS stock for a while? I *may* be getting an 11 5.0 this winter (other cars I'm considering are a C5 Z06 or an 08/09 LS3 C6). If so, would be fun to hook up at Beech Bend next spring. I'm not the best driver in the world, but have been known to pull a gear or two from time to time. Would be a good race, I bet.

Went to Muncie Dragway.....
Lowered my previous best...ran a flier!

1.994 short time
8.139 in the 1/8th @ 90.29 MPH
12.473 @ 113.83

Yes the same magazine that got the fasted printed time for a stock 4th gen. If it wasn't for MM&FF you could argue the 4th gen was a high 13 low 14 second car.

I gave him the 12.9 MT ran because they ran a 12.9 in the SS and 12.7 in the 5.0

Apparently it dynoed at 370RWHP, which is around 425Hp at the engine on their Dynojet Dynos.

Looks like it was a pre-pro so your arguement is out the window

What are you talking about?

Stock 03 Cobras have dynoed 10+ more rwhp than that.

And to answer your question no. I don't take the lowest or the highest. I take what is the norm which seems to be the most reasonable.

Thats the car that ran the fastest stock and it wasn't even a production model so you can't count it against production cars.
