Cold Start Smoke

I have a 2011 LTT V6 that sometimes smokes on cold starts. No coolant loss and about 1/2 quart of oil burned in 5000 oil changes.
It is worse after rain, and will do it most mornings, even in warm temperatures so it is not a winter issue.
It always completely goes away after a short drive or if car is left idling long enough. It does not return later in the day, and not smoke under WOT.
If I let car sit till the afternoon before starting it does not do it on a dry day.
I have read a few post and hope it is condensation so I attached a video.
Mileage is 118,00.
There is plenty of water (not coolant) in pipes when this happens.
Also the stock mufflers have been replaced with straight pipes, rest of exhaust is stock.
thanks for any input.

Most likely just condensation.

Mufflers have small drains to help rid the exhaust of moisture. With straight pipes, any condensation has to be heated to evaporate. A SMALL hole drilled at the lowest point in the exhaust may help but I would not be worried about it.

Thanks for the feedback. I let the car sit until mid morning today before starting. It is nice and dry outside. No smoke/condensate at all on start up. let it idle maybe 5 minutes and just a very slight amount on passenger side, and exhaust tip was wet by then.
Looks like it is just water after all. Might drill a couple of small hole just to see it that helps. Can always weld them back up.
