Well, here are some updated pics of my car with the new bumper. Been kinda lazy lately with pictures. It needs a wash and wax, as well as a mail slot grill which im working on getting. Let me know what you guys think.

Nice job. Need to see it up close. Did you put the LED in the ports or left them open? I tried vinyl striping, not that easy...With that said, I'm getting mine painted on (with my new front facia) and should be done in time for the car show on Saturday. Are you entering that one by chance?
Anyone else, its the New Year Show Off by Chance Customs and Automotive Concepts. Its on Saturday at the Aloha Stadium from 12:00- 10:00 p.m. (I think). My car will be entered, assuming its done by then. Also note, another AutoX on Sunday, also at the Aloha Stadium. Will be running in the 4th heat. Last race had 4 Mustangs and 3 Camaros. Come check it out! |

Z, I've been checking the classes, but u know if FI/hp limit requires cage to run auto-x? If AAC comes down, I would suggest looking at the reverse light replacements. They are a lot better than stock, but a pain to do for one person. Rear bumper needs to be pulled off. |

I just met Francis when I dropped mine off to Automotive Concepts. George has been doing my painting and is fitting on the front now. He says it will be done by Saturday Doesn't sound like you will be ready by Saturday though. We can always tow it down.
Regarding SCCA, no cage required (only required for convertibles/topless cars). No HP limit either, feel free to crank it up to 1000 hp, though that would probably be too much to handle at an AutoX course. If you want to come down on Sunday, you can probably ride with me during the fun runs. I run in heat 4 so I usually stay for the fun runs. It will be in my 4th gen though and I'm having problems with the lifters so not sure how much more she can take. Let me know. |
